About The Event

The Ultimate Camping Experience is an annual outdoor adventure event that takes place during the month of September around Hartbeespoort Dam in North West Province, about 40km from Pretoria City Centre.

The event offers experiential outdoor therapy in a form of camping experience for the weekend including other adventure activities such as hiking, quad biking, fitness workouts, outdoor movie night, cookout competition, comedy session, karaoke, paintball including the Ultimate Deephouse Session and Sunday Soul & Rnb session.

  • Campers are allowed to bring coolerboxes to the campsite at no fee
  • Coolerbox for campers will only be allowed at the entertainment area (main stage) any time before 15:00 at a cost of R150 per day. Coolerbox size is limited to 30 Liters
  • A variety of food & alcoholic beverages will be available for sale at the event
